Anthropometric Testing
Would you like a health check?
The definition of body composition is 'the percentages of bone, fat, water and muscle in human bodies'. All these factors can be measured. Using a professional Tanita body composition monitor brings you fast, accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). These body analysis scales give you a true indicator of your inner health and, when monitored over time, can show the impact of any fitness regime or weight loss programme.

Assess current weight, height, BMI, muscle mass (individual results for legs, arms and trunk), visceral fat, body fat % segmentally, hydration levels, metabolic age, muscle balance, bone mass, physique rating, muscle mass % and BMR all using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis.

Body measurements and calculating hip to waist ratio which is a better indication of current health than BMI.

Waist to hip ratio and blood pressure check if required.

Food Intolerance Testing
I work with Cambridge Nutritional Services to offer extensive range of FoodPrint panels which enables the measurement of IgG antibodies to a wide variety of foods, thus facilitating the identification of elevated immune responses to any that are included on the chosen panel. This can subsequently help to guide appropriate dietary adjustments to address IgG-mediated food sensitivity. Lab tests start at £120 which includes administration and test interpretation/advice from me.
