The Meditation classes will be relaxing, interactive and informal, designed to re-find inner peace and spark the joy and connection to Self and others. You'll learn the basics of meditation and will be guided through every subject step by step. You're absolutely welcome to ask questions.

You'll be given a number of practical and spiritual tools to improve your life - spirituality is not separate from everyday life, it is the essence of it!

No matter if you've never meditated before or you're a frequent meditator - you will receive exactly what you're meant to at each class.

My Pilates mat work aims to help people from the young to the elderly to become stronger and more resilient. To help improve mobility, flexibility and reduce aches and pains.

 

You will also offset poor posture and have better tone, shape and energy. Workouts are efficient, giving you great results and my focus is always on technique to reduce the risk of injury. My classes are always educational and personalised. 

 

1-1 sessions are also available for all client abilities, pre and postnatal.

POWERHOUSE PILATES CLASSES WITH CRISTINA

STARTS WEDNESDAY 5TH OCT - 4 WEEK BLOCK- £40

The 4-week block will cover exercises focused on building full body strength, improving flexibility, increasing core engagement, aimed at creating better balance, greater fitness endurance, and improved posture (reduction in back pain).
